The execution of this home, located on a 600 acre horse farm, fulfilled the wishes of the Owner to have a French Country residence built in Marion County, Florida. Designed and executed by McKinney Building Company, this estate home encompasses the Residence, attached Guest House, five car Garage, a Generator Building and Gardener’s Workshop. Landscape architect Michael Pape and Associates contributed the paisley patterned Gardens which surround an imported antique fountain at the Home’s Parking Court. Upon entering the Residence guests are drawn across the Great Room overlooking a beach entry infinity pool, visually spilling in a lake in the pasture below. Exterior bluestone veneer and interior finishes include travertine flooring, imported tiles, detailed moldings and handcrafted cabinetry.
